Comprehensive processing of components up to final surface treatment, quality control, and transportation

In addition to precision machining, we also offer supplementary services that ensure the complete processing of your parts. We take care of surface treatments, sandblasting, and final inspection with the issuance of the necessary certificates and measurement reports. For your convenience, we also offer delivery – parts for processing can be transported by our Peugeot BOXER vehicle or arranged via a forwarding service.

Surface finishes

To ensure higher resistance to wear, corrosion, or to improve aesthetic appearance, we offer the following surface treatments:

Painting – surface protection and aesthetic finishing of parts
Anodising – strengthening and colour finishing of aluminium components
Galvanizing (both hot-dip and electroplating) – corrosion protection
Abrasive blasting – surface unification, removal of contaminants, and preparation for further treatment

Final inspection and measurement protocols

Quality is key for us, which is why we provide detailed inspection reports for every order. Upon customer’s request, we will deliver:

Material certificate – confirmation of origin and properties of the used material
Certificate of Conformity – documentation meeting technical standards and requirements
Measurement Protocol – precise inspection of component dimensions and tolerances
Test records – results of conducted quality tests

Shipping and Collection Service

Do you want to save yourself the hassle of logistics? We offer the option of delivery of finished parts or collection of material for processing:
